Where additional bedrooms are required, we are abler to make available an additional 2x bedrooms in the upstairs owners residence to complement the apartment accommodation.

Amenities include fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining/lounge. Own laundry facility. Bathroom with shower/toilet/hand-basin. Parking  (OSP) for 1x vehicle.

The view above, looking out to the deck, over Whangaroa  and out to sea of the downstairs apartment accommodation unit. North facing, the unit has a magnificent view of Whangaroa Harbour right to the entrance. The unit is NEW, completely private with it's own private access. It is fully self-contained with one double bedroom, lounge, toilet/laundry & kitchen. The unit is fully furnished.

The bathroom is modern, spacious and includes automatic washing machine for your convenience.  230VAC shaving points are included.

The kitchen includes 4x burner Ceran top, waste disposal, Auto-Dishwasher, Fridge & Freezer. We stock the most basic condiments for your convenience. 

The apartment is setup to cater for up to 4x charter guests in 2x sets of bunks.

A large private deck with BBQ, outdoor table and chairs is provided so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy the quiet view.
